Our investment strategy
Companies with a market cap > $500M from USA, Europe, Japan, China or SEA markets
01
Target Trading Frequency - up to 5 trades (buy side or sell side and up to 10 if both ways) per month in regular market conditions. Initially, when forming a portfolio, it would be more frequent.
02
We aim to hold positions for at least one year, but if fundamentals deteriorate by any market/non-market reasons, we are keen to close the position.
03
We don’t plan to have any dividend policy for investors in first time.
04
We looking for the most undervalued companies in the sector with great fundamental valuation.
05
We mainly focus on the technology sector, due to “innovation-driven growth” dynamics when a company fills mass market empty spots. As per “innovation growth” criteria we also looking to other sectors, which are subject to the same dynamics.
06
Goal of the Fund is BM + 5% or more (y/y%), where Benchmark is Index SP500
07
No position can be bought more then 10% of the portfolio initially.
08
Valuation Criteria
Our target is to find undervalued stocks in the market.
When we evaluate the stock, we check different metrics and compare them by “Sector average”. This helps us find “Buys” if the company performing way better than the market thinks it is. We also want to avoid companies with huge debt burdens or unreasonable debt service rates.
Our main valuation metrics are:
TAM for the sector
Market share of the company growth (y/y)
PEG ratio
FCF yield / Non-risk rate
FCF (TTM)
Debt / Equity
Revenue (FWD) growth rate
EPS (FWD) growth rate
Gross profit margin
Net income to stockholders
Asset Turnover Ratio (TTM)
R&D expenses return rate

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. There is no guarantee that the Funds will achieve their investment objectives. In general, prices of equity securities are more volatile than those of fixed-income securities. The prices of equity securities fluctuate in response to issuer-specific activities as well as factors unrelated to the fundamental condition of the issuer, including general market, economic, and political conditions along with other factors. While the shares of the fund trade on secondary markets, they may not readily trade in all market conditions and may trade at significant discounts in periods of market stress. The Funds were recently organized with no operating history. In addition, the Advisor has not previously managed a CySEC-regulated fund, which may increase the risks of investing in the Funds.

Margin loans involve borrowing money from a third party/broker. If a security decreases in value, a lower price may be resulting in a loss. The Funds may incur expenses related to margin loans, including compensation, interest or dividends, and transaction costs payable to the lender, whether the price of the shorted security increases or decreases. Margin also involves counterparty risk – the risk associated with the third party ceasing operations or failing to cover with receiving margin call.
The Funds are actively managed and are thus subject to management risk. The Adviser will apply its investment techniques and strategies in making investment decisions for the Funds, but there is no guarantee that its techniques will produce the intended results.
Shareholders may pay more than NAV when buying Fund shares and receive less than NAV when selling Fund shares, because shares are bought and sold at current market prices. The performance quoted represents past performance and does not guarantee future results.
Shares of Ekingdom Funds are bought and sold at NAV price. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns.
Investors should consider the investment objectives, risks, and charges and expenses of the Funds before investing.
